Short Bio: I am a multidisciplinary artist, meaning that I use many different materials and have several distinct styles ranging from abstract to nature inspired pieces.
Full Bio: I am a curious person and I approach art in that mindset. I learn just enough to not blow myself up and then I experiment with materials, see how they work together, and am always chasing inspiration from nature in organic forms. I love texture, layers, and incorporating light and shadows into certain works. In some sculptural pieces, the shadows actually become part of the art which creates a certain interactive component. I teach classes but I am also always learning and taking classes myself to continue to learn and grow. I love the sharing and exchanging of learning, teaching and collaborating.
