Short Bio: I’ve been painting for 3 years, enjoy a variety of subjects and look forward to being part of an artistic community.
Full Bio: In my earliest memories, I was creating with whatever materials I could find. Wherever my family traveled, I begged my parents to go to the museum. I studied art in college, then took a long break while I worked as a dietitian. When I retired, I returned to art and took a class at the Columbus Cultural Arts Center. I have enjoyed the classes and have learned so much from their excellent instructors. Oil paints have become my favorite medium and focus mostly on landscapes and portraits. Recently, I have been experimenting with plein air and look forward to warmer temperatures.
