Short Bio: Visual Artist / Contemporary Abstracts / Painter of Memories

Art Interest: Repurposed House Paint, Metal Leaf, Oil & Cold Wax, Encaustic

Full Bio: Dana Grubbe studied at both the Columbus College of Art and Design(2010-2012) and The Ohio State University (2013-2015) before focusing on Contemporary Abstract Art. Her studio at 400 West Rich was on the 2019 Open Studio and Stage tour. Dana has a painting in the Permanent Collection of the Museum of Encaustic Art in Santa Fe, NM.  She will be the featured artist at the Bexley Public Library, September/October 2020. She has received several grants from the Greater Columbus Arts Council. Dana is a partner in an artist co-op, Art@43023 in Granville, Ohio. She has a BS in Statistics (1984) and an MS in Computer Information Science – AI (1987) and in a former life was an Engineering Director, working for several years in India.
