Short Bio: My interest in art began in high school. Upon graduation my art teacher gave me a letter of recommendation to go to Ohio University and study Graphic Design. I followed the letter. After four years I transferred to Columbus College of Art & Design.
Full Bio: My first job in art was at Burkholder/Flint ad agency in Columbus. After that, I became Art Director for York Steak House Systems (In-house agency) Following York I took a position at Hammeroff/Milenthal ad agency in Columbus. I began freelancing in 1990 My first watercolor class was taught by the late Leland McCleland. I have had watercolor workshops with Bill Vrscak, Sterling Edwards, Chris Leeper, Dave Rankin and Joe Lombardo. I am a signature member of Ohio Watercolor Society and board trustee and a member of Central Ohio Watercolor Society. I have entered many local shows and have won numerous awards. I look forward to teaching watercolor classes and /or workshops this year.
