The Art Gift Boutique will be held on Saturday, December 7 from 9:30 AM to noon in Classroom A and B
(The large room with windows looking in off of the lobby)
at the Dublin Community Recreation Center- 5600 Post Rd., Dublin, OH 43017.

If you are interested to be a vendor at this event, please read the information below and then contact Dawn at the address indicated at the end.
Space is limited and assigned on a first-come-first served basis.
Free for members.
Non-members table fee: $8.
Here is some important information to consider for the event:
- Set up will be between 9AM- 9:30AM. Please come early to set up with your pieces already tagged. (This is Important because we only have a short amount of time to set up!!)
- Small work priced under $100 is highly recommended.
- We will have long tables set up along the perimeter of the room with tablecloths on them that all artists can stand behind to display and sell their work.
- There will be multiple artists per table so please allow space for each other’s work. We aren’t limiting the amount of pieces per artist but there may be a space limitations based on the amount and sizes that each one brings.
- In addition, there will be a card rack, print rack, and Christmas tree to display work and ornaments in. There will also a few display tables in the middle of the room, a bulletin board, cubby area, and a few screens to hang work on as well.
- Feel free to bring your own table top or floor display.
- Artists must be present for the entire duration of the boutique and will handle all their own sales- no commission will be taken!
- We will need to vacate the room by 12:30 PM to allow time for the next party or class to set up. Again, not a lot of time- but we can do it!!
- Please help us spread the word to all your friends, family, and contacts through email and social media. You can save the image on this email and share it, share the facebook event, or share the website event link. We’ll also have some cards printed.
