Full Bio: It all started with weaving potholders in grade school.There was something very calming about the texture of the soft loops and the repetitive motion as I watched the patterns develop. Now I hand weave on a larger scale using vintage fabrics and recycled textiles. Starting with mixed warp and weft my focus is on using color, texture and pattern to turn old materials into contemporary artwork.
